Booking & Messaging Terms

This booking service and the ReignMakerAI text messaging program are operated by ReignMakerAI, with Kurt Howard as the business contact. North-branded appointments are services offered by Kurt Howard in his North advisor role.

Bookings

Provide accurate contact and business details and choose an available time. Times are displayed in America/Chicago (Central Time). Appointment availability may change. For rescheduling, cancellation, accessibility needs or questions, contact kurt@reignmakerai.com. Do not submit payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in appointment notes.

ReignMakerAI text messaging program

Sender: (877) 665-3606. After text messaging is activated, this program offers two separately opted-in message categories: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates and cancellation notices; and optional recurring marketing messages, business technology tips, service offers, nurture messages and sales follow-up about services Kurt Howard offers, including North and PayAnywhere. Message frequency varies with your activity and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Appointment consent does not authorize marketing texts.

Optional consent

You select the categories you want by entering your mobile number and checking the separate, initially unchecked appointment SMS consent box and/or marketing SMS consent box on the booking form. You may select either, both or neither. Marketing SMS consent authorizes recurring automated promotional texts only from Kurt Howard / ReignMakerAI for the described services. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Existing bookings and imported prospects are not automatically enrolled. A promotional email preference does not enroll you in marketing SMS.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once messaging is activated, reply STOP to stop all texts from this number; you may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance or email kurt@reignmakerai.com. Email is available during setup and if texting is unavailable. To resume messaging after opting out, contact us for assistance. Tell us if you stop using the mobile number you provided.

Availability

SMS delivery depends on carriers, your device and service availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your appointment confirmation and contact us directly for urgent scheduling changes. This service is not for emergencies.

Local Lens listing requests

Submit business information only when you are authorized to represent the business. Claims and new listings are reviewed before publication or management access is granted; signing in does not establish ownership. We may reject requests or revoke access when authority cannot be confirmed. Profile changes require review before publication. A claim does not guarantee a paid plan, search placement, or marketing enrollment. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to the business content you submit.
